Hey. Just wanna ask, are there anyone or store that repairs headphones/iem. My im70 has a broken connector pin in the left side when i unplug it

Beside the music stores mentioned here, I believe stores like Harvey Norman and All-IT carry ATH-M50X plus other audio technica headphones and iems. I saw m50x at both harvey norman and all-it, IOI City Mall, Putrajaya few weeks ago.

hi all, need here to this thread. Just need to check some opinions on whether to get M40x or M50x? I watched reviews on youtube saying that M40x actually sounds better? Thank you.

Just kidding, it actually depends which type of sound you prefer. M50x have more noticeable bass and less treble while it's the opposite for M40x.

But hey, if you don't have too much headphone then why not get both.

One thing for sure, whichever you get please make sure to change to thicker ear pads. The stock pads is just too thin and uncomfortable.

I'm using ear pads like this which is similar to brainwavz hm5 pads. More comfortable and better sound isolation.

But recently I got this type of soft ear pads for my Superlux and man it was so soft it almost feel like there's nothing touching around the ear. Not sure have such pads for ATH.

Anyone has connected their M50XBT to a PS4 using a bluetooth dongle? Doesn't work with mine as it disconnects as soon as it connects.

Actually buying it for a friend's birthday.

I hope the quality is good enough since it doesn't even have a port for audio cable.

Kinda anxious cos I don't know how the delivery is with covid19.
Hopefully will get it delivered without issues.

cant repaired my left driver M50x. ask ATH malaysia, they ask me to refer the store i bought. Ask the store they cant repair and suggest me to ask ATH Malaysia. this is the drawback of this brand. this is why i changed to sony.

my m50x hinge/clip pecah. one side cannot hold on to the ear anymore.
