both Jetso and Maxis no record = didnt pass up, IMHO

Seriously speaking, i dont think he intend to refund at all..

hes MIA until now, and refund just 399. We pay him cold hard cash, yet he keep delaying us.

Added on December 17, 2012, 5:26 pmJust got off the phone with Jetso. One lovely lady patiently answered all my question. He mentioned all the 50 people!!!! in the current badge to apply for the biz 68 is put on hold at Maxis and Jetso never receive any payment from Tanshiekh. All phones are shipped to him directly. Maxis is currently holding our application due to fraud case cause by a Tanshiekh. And maxis and Jetso tried to contact Tanshiekh but unable to reach him as well. This is depressing and sad. Although waiting so long, I still hope that Tanshiekh will come up and answer all the mess he created. Currently stuck without 4 corby and one sim.

So I replied and gave him my bank account number, and at the same time gave him the transaction details that I copied when I paid him more than a month ago.

i know he was just giving excuses to delay the refund. my penang frens asked me to give them his address. however, since he has moved, maybe we should find out the school of his children. will ask my frens to wait for him there.

I just called Maxis Corporate Department (1800-82-1919) and they have informed me that my phone (Nokia Asha 305) has been delivered early of Nov 2012. 
It was received and collected on behalf of me!
I`ve discovered that TS has ammended the registration form which I`ve written my home address on it.
Now I`m waiting for Maxis to email me the original application form and I will go and file a police report against TS for fraud.

TASHFINSHEIKH, if you`re reading this, you better settle with me or you`ll face the music
