I've demo-ed the problem to them. I don't know whether they acknowledged the problem or not. The staff there wasn't very helpful.

without flash, I think non phone camera is ok. All same.

But they managed to repair it?

Lumia 920 can perform quite well, details are there.

Still repairing. I sent the unit in 2 days ago. They said need to wait up to two weeks.

I also facing the multi touch defect, i only able to reach maximun of 3 touch point w/o charging, 10 touch point can be reach with charging only, so i need to send for the repair ?

You bought yours from lowyat too?
When you perform 2 points touch and move, does it jump around? Mine does sometimes. 3 points always jump around.

Having the same problem too, but mine bought at Penang, not lowyat

is the IMEI same ?

IMEI are never the same. Unique for each phone.
