maybe try updating to GDR3 developer preview, if you have not already?

check setting what apps is constantly running in background, some game might run in background without you notice it.

my phone bought around same time as you, other than no longer running as,smooth as first bought, it still working fine

nothing suspicious background tasks, already checked that. i left my data connection on, when the phone is idle, now its fine, but when i use data, it was unusually hot, on the top area near the camera. wonder if i can claim warranty on this?

Hello there all Lumia 620 users...Im new to this windows phone especially nokia, and i have some troubles..

I just bought pair unit of L620 about last 4month for my parents, my mum's unit accidentally fell off into a wasing machine during washing period ( wtf ?? i know )....When i noticed it i quickly pull out the battery and wait for it to dry off a bit, and i disassembled all parts and clear the water out...

Guess what, the phone turned on normally and all the things work out like it should except the LCD...Refer to below pictures, looks like it got something like livewallpapers rite, that colourish lines is moving as i slides anywhere on the screen, sometimes it looks awesome but my screen sharpness too seems to be decreased a lot...



So im planning to send for repair, what do you guys reckon? How much is for the LCD replacement? Warranty will void am i right? Or i can just claim from Nokia?

Hope you guys can help me out...

Hello..i bought this phone about years ago.. But last 2 week my phone have battery issue.. Before this i can use the phone for whole days but now it drop quickly.. I dont know what to to.. N big problem appear 3 days ago.. I cannot call or receive any sms or call form anyone.. I think its because sim card but when i use other phone i can easily call.. In the screen line is full bar...

Anyone know how to solve tis problem..

Any suggestion for my problems above?

Accidental damage is not covered by warranty.

Take the phone to Nokia Care Centre near to the Imbi Monorail Station (If you are in KL). Let them run a check and see what components need to be replace. Usually they won't charge for checking.

hmm......my 620 got data connectivity issue.....maybe i should send there to check

H+ appear when I enable data connection, but still cant access internet

APN configuration all done liao

How about soft and hard reset ?

BTW, have you tried with other carriers ?

Well, I think you have tried all the possible solutions.

Maybe you should send your L620 for a check.
