Take out the battery then power it on again.
If still stuck..try do into recovery 3e mode (vol up + power + home) then do a wipe.

Install Addons app from market. Let it scan all your apps. Then press Addons and see which app responsible bringing that spam commercial. Un-install/remove that app.

That one charge the spare battery only. There's no charging port when you dock the phone. The set sold together with one free battery.

From the link below got selling S3 cradle that can charge BOTH the phone and battery. But it comes cradle only without extra battery

Btw..the taobao link that you gave is Desktop Cradle. But it charge the spare battery only..not the phone.

Very hard to find that can charge both phone and extra battery. Even if you find one..when you put both and charge it very slow since it will charge at 0.5A each. If you charge either one then can get full charge at 1A...lolz

Yup..it receive 1A only for either phone or extra battery. If put both then both will receive 0.5A each.
The cradle itself have limiter for 1A even you chuck in 2A charger (Note2)...not jalan one...lolz

If you want fast..straight away use the Note2 charger without the cradle. Then your phone will receive 2A charge.

Charging no problem but sync with PC using cable might have problem

If yours is GT-I9305 then yes it support LTE
If GT-I9300 the answer is No.

GT-I9305 (LTE) only AP set here. No SME set.
It comes with 2GB RAM. Other specs is the same with international GT-9300 version.

I'm so getting one if SME bringing it here

There no such thing as "Made in Korea by Samsung" is better than others or vise versa. They are using the same QC in every assembly plant.
