if we get scholarship for our course, we cant apply for ptptn loan anymore?

if i get some % of tuition fees waiver aka scholarship from college, can i still be able to apply for the loan?
cz the waiver is not enough for my living cost just can cover tuition fees~ |

can i apply for bank loan if im a ptptn loan holder..  im little confused~ |

may i know the highest we can get from ptptn is 16k or 20k?

when is the official application date and closing date for it?
application date for my college i think is around august/sept.. Can anyone plz list down documents that I need when I applying it? cz I'm going back on my holiday soon, so that I can get really all the document needed when I back to my college  thanks.. I applied mine in Oct/Nov session.. when can I know whether I got the loan or not?
