Lucky me, RS series is relatively upgradable to ensure the current technology in future won't leave me laugh.gif

ILLEGEAR apparently just added M17 into their official store! laugh.gif

M17 @ http://store.illegear.com/alienware/54-alienware-17.html

M17 PRO @ http://store.illegear.com/alienware/61-alienware-17-pro.html

Heh, I would rather get an RS-17 over the M17 pro any day. Massive price difference between the two, and their specifications are rather similar.

That's why ILLEGEAR is the best! brows.gif

2.7kg is light! rclxms.gif

Compared it to my M15X, which weighs about 5kg. cry.gif

Yeah, Alienware is super heavy, thanks to its metal casing sweat.gif

Btw, after 2 days of using the keyboard, this keyboard beats both alienware and mbp keyboard. Typing on the keyboard is really comfortable due to the well designed input devices.
*
I think my Alienware is very good already, curious how excellent is RE-15 keyboard hmm.gif

Also regarding the sound emitted during full load, how is it compare to Alienware? Alienware can be pretty loud, which is kinda embarrassing to gaming in public sweat.gif

I been thinking this idea since the moment erszebeth mention most of his potential customer don't even know what ILLEGEAR is.

Will proceed this and post any development soon after discussion with big boss! tongue.gif

It kinda hard to exactly measure (unless we are talking about comparison with other model) the temperature of keyboard and touchpad, unless you have temp gun.

+1, sounds good. It would be nice if Mr. Docter do another batch for it.. hehe...

Soon, buddy!

Currently busy with registering company as well as room clearance and whatnot. After this, compulsory 3-4 weeks @ ER & Pediatric departments for practical posting. God, 24h per day is insufficient! sweat.gif

Anyhow, I have to discuss in details with Prince J soon before initiating anything smile.gif

laugh.gif Can't seem to find back the thread by Mr. Docter, probably deleted.
But suffice to say that he was the best forum representative for Alienware that time, and we are really privileged to have him here for Illegear now  notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif

Now you just been too benevolent laugh.gif

I just enjoy doing something that I love; and when I do something, I tend do it in full commitment. That's about all smile.gif
