Look at tropicana, and the whole Kota damansara land bank is all leasehold units...I'm not sure how will it affect the resale value...but it sud be fetching hood rental since SHC offers the best facilities in AD so far...

same here, i hvnt received any info from lawyer on the withdrawal. checked with the loan officer today, it seems they hvnt released officially.

has the lease extension approved so far?
what is the lowest investment after 8% increament?

Happy to hear the sales are doing great. We bought a 755 unit loan with maybank. Generally u dun need to serve the the progressively interest before it's fully built. However the progressive interest will hv additional interest charge on top of it. You only serve the full amount when the project is ready.

The 20k investment on ID is definitely worth it if buying for investment or either own-stay.
