That 1 hour from the roundabout to oasis is once in a blue moon..normally it will start on the bridge straight to federal..

Heavy rain also didn't help coz there's huge water puddle near the lrt station.

I don't think so as mas lay off including those in klia as well..in the subang airport itself many hangar coming up with Mara 2 huge hangar and soon police hangar will be there as well.

This really depends on the cause of the jam..if it's bottleneck issue after the lrt complete it will improve the traffic..but if federal road issue,then it's very hard.

Somehow I also will be effected withheld this coz I bought nova saujana..unless if I rent both of the unit.

let me ask again more clearly.

since developer already provide fully furnish so every unit is exactly the same.
would it be better if....

1. add own furniture for higher rental but incurring additional cost
2. rent it out as is from developer and stay within the rental rates of everyone else or lower to quickly rent it out

Lol..the fully furnish is almost complete unless u want to put an extra fridge or oven..

Unless u would want to put osim massage chare etc which u think might fetch higher rent but with risk a gonna be spoiled at the end of tenancy.

but i think there is a fine line between adding stuff to fully furnish to increase rental and adding too much you don't get enough back.
i guess for investors it makes much more sense getting fully furnished from developer than vanilla unless it is really cheap as even basic reno's would kill at least two credit cards  laugh.gif
