I bought a Sierra wireless 760s from you some time ago and noticed that the thread has already been closed so I wanted to get your help over here. Basically the battery has started to expand and looks like it's 'pregnant'. This is usually not a good sign I believe so I wanted to know if there's a way to get a replacement battery.

On top of that, due to the expansion, the cover has popped open and broken some of the clips. Is there any way to get the spare parts for this modem?
