Hello, currently I'm using Streamyx 4mbps + Phone rental free @RM140
If I upgrade to unifi, can i keep the old number since i got many relatives overseas. we cant tell them one by one our new number. Can i keep my old number without paying any rental fees?

Yes, you can keep the old number with FREE rental only if the registered name & ic is same with the streamyx registered name & ic. smile.gif

Hi Mika,

Am currently on the VIP10 package and my 2 year contract will be expiring next month.

Thinking of cancelling and reapplying for new VIP10 next month which will then come with the promotion package. Can this be done through you and what is the procedure? Just wondering if it will be "seamless" or installer have to come again.

Hi,

Any cancellation require 1 month Cool-Off period. After 1 month you can re-apply with NEW UniFi account with all NEW Equipment & FREE Gift.

If you cannot wait for 1 month or don't want to risk on Port Full problems, you can apply using other person name & cancel the old one after installation has been done.

Cannot, as they only got 2 time slot which is Morning 9:30am & Evening 2:30pm. You can request to install when you are off work day which our registration form can let you choose the day you want but you click all day you are free for the installation sweat.gif

Please read all T&C from the e-mail, you can change installation appointment by calling TM UniFi Customer Service at the Registration Slip.
