Am currently on the VIP10 package and my 2 year contract will be expiring next month.
Thinking of cancelling and reapplying for new VIP10 next month which will then come with the promotion package. Can this be done through you and what is the procedure? Just wondering if it will be "seamless" or installer have to come again.
