Hi, please PM your address to check for service availability. Our location Johor Bahru but we do registration nationwide all over Malaysia. We got agents at many locations. There will be no Cash Rebate if you need Agent to serve you since everything can be done ONLINE.

Of course UniFi is much more better than Streamyx.

- Current Technology vs 20+ Years Back Technology.
- UniFi: Fiber transmitting thru light signal which mostly impossible to be strike by lightning unless being hit thru A/C Power.
- Streamyx: Copper got tear/wear which drop in speed and can be easily strike by lightning.
- 5M, 10M, 20M Download Speed vs 1M, 2M, 4M, 8M Download Speed.
- 5M, 10M, 20M Upload Speed vs 384K, 512K Upload Speed.

Since TM are giving FREE UniFi/Streamyx Router it's of cheap router. If you want 24x7 non-stop stability, you need to buy better Router.

Interested in 8MBPS (streamyx) or 20mbps (unifi) depend which has availability, how to proceed? New registration or upgrade?

Yes, just key-in at our website. Also add your LYN ID to identify you.
You need to email us the 1st Bill Payment to claim the Cash Rebate.

Tried to call them but they are busy.The buildings MDM room is all opened so no need approval. If i dont call them will they come none the less? I hate to resechedule becoz im always on the move.

You should not pay anything to the TM Contractor unless you ask for extra services that is not FREE. You only pay when you receive the 1st Bill from TM.

Only the customer can call TM UniFi Customer Service regarding the scheduled installation.

If you need to terminate your existing streamyx, please click it else you will be billed with Both Streamyx & UniFi.
If you need to terminate your existing phone line "if no more important for you", please click it else you will be billed with Phone Charges & UniFi.

You can capture anyway you like but it must be 100% ALL CLEAR & READABLE (Front & Back).

2. New UniFi + New UniFi Phone Line

If you don't mind paying for all, then no need to CANCEL anything.

If you only want to pay for 1b & 2, then please CANCEL 1a.

If you only want to pay for 2, then please CANCEL 1a & 1b.

Hi, Just want to ask you. Is it still available for Streamyx Grandpack (Student Package) one?

How it work for "Cash Rebate"? Direct deduct this cash rebate from the 1st month TM Bill account? Or can redeem as cash? Coz my friend wan register for new TM phone + streamyx account.
