Upgrade will only renew your contract to restart for a 12 months contract.

Hi,

No need to pay anything to Installer if you don't request for any additional work like install new phone line wiring, extend existing phone line wiring, setting complicated networking for many PC/Devices, etc.....

TM charges & bills are sent to you by POS/E-Mail. Installer are NOT ALLOWED to collect any single cent from customer unless the customer ask for something to be done between the installer & customer.

TM UniFi has non related to your home phone line if you are in landed property. You can use your existing phone line as usual.

Standard Installation is maximum of 15 metres for fiber cable & how it's installed is by the decision of the Installer. You need to pay if you require your own way of installation.

Hi, that bill has none related to TM UniFi. If i not wrong it's your telephone bill. TM UniFi has it own bill & the bill can be checked online with your UniFi account and also UniFi bill by default is delivered by EMAIL.

OK, no problem. Noted but your status is Kaji Siasat. Please provide more accurate address if you have as TM System cannot find your address. TM need manually investigate your provided address which will take times.

Yes can but make sure there is someone at your premise when they come for installation. They make charge you a penalty for miss appointment of RM200 if they come & no one available at the premise on the appointment date.

As per Unifi FAQ

QUOTE
5 Things You Should Know About UniFi Installation
1. Minimal drilling is required for fibre installation to the premise. You will be responsible
for providing TV and 4-socket extension cord to complete the installation. No
installation appointment will be made for premises under renovation
.

So meaning only after renovation complete then they will come to install?
