Thanks bro, and since I'm not gaming currently and not in near future, can I just leave GPU blank and use Intel HD Graphic 4000 for normal day usage?

And I've decided with that case and it's fantastic in design and space saving.

Finding Silverstone SG05-450 casing.
Idealtech has no stock.
Anyone has better idea on where can I get this casing?
Or better valuable alternative ?

I might sounds too wordy but this is the first custom pc I want to build so I choose a case very carefully.
After reviewed many cases and third party reviews, I found that I choose:

BITFENIX PRODIGY!

Now can please anyone suggest who or where shall I buy from?

Nice rigs. However bare with me as I not a tech-sawy guy and have some questions and I'd never tried building one myself.

1) Say I'm interested in 1 of the rigs so do i just slap the list to lowyat vendors for quotations and they'll build up for me? Or I've to pick up each component separate and build it up like a LEGO?

2) Is it me or i just dont notice any sound cards in the rigs? (Maybe i just cant differentiate which component is sound card?

3) Also I'm assuming chassis as well as OS is seperated from the list as well?

I'm looking forward in building  a gaming + sound blasting desktop(got a altec lensing wolfer for that ) and would appreciate if anyone could advise me on the questions above!

So can i just bring this list n they can assemble it for me..?

Hey guys, would like to seek some advices/opinions here. My friend is asking me to suggest a rig to him for work, entertainment and some light gaming. Below are the specs that i have in mind base on Viewnet's price list.

Total: RM2394 (i5) / RM2179 (i3)

Is this built okay? Here's some of my concerns.
(i) Is the i3 3220 sufficient for normal work usage, cause he may be using applications like autocad and photoshop, or the i5 is the way to go?
(ii) On GPU, if just for light gaming purposes, should I just stick with the old generation 6850 or the newer 7770? Based on benchmarks the 6850 is generally better than the 7770 and the price is lower as well. Is the 6850 a good choice here?
(iii) Is there any cheaper PSU recommendations based on Viewnet's price list with relative good performance?

Would like to keep the price as low as possible as well, if possible within RM2.4k. Comments/advices are appreciated. Thanks.

After much reading, I'm stuck between the choice of a Sapphire 7950 which costs ~RM1000 and the Gigabyte 670 which costs ~RM1500. Huge difference, i know. What do you guys think about it? Is it worth paying that extra RM500 for the 670? My main concern right now is achieving a stable ~30fps @ 1920x1080 on highest/almost-highest settings on games such as Far Cry 3 and Tomb Raider and Bioshock Infinite in the near future. Thoughts? Excuse any hint of arrogance as I have minimal knowledge when it comes to hardware.
