Yes it is. It has a warranty of 3 years too.
Gigabyte is more expensive than Leadtek because it has a better cooling build for overclocking.
Besides it gives lower noise level too.

While Leadtek is a reference card that look similar as below:

In terms of gaming performance with single graphic card, they are almost the same.
Both mobo support raid setup and have 2x sata3 ports.

ASUS P8Z77-V have more sata ports, more usb 3.0 ports, can overclock cpu and support SLI/CFX.

Your budget makes it very hard to include motherboard that comes with USB 3.0
Now this is even more painful. There is no G2100T on sale. If you want USB 3.0 and big power supply, this is the lowest.

Pentium G2020 - RM189
Gigabye B75M-D3V motherboard - RM229
Kingston 4GB DDR3-1333 x1 - RM74
Seagate 320GB hard disk - RM129
Liteon DVD writer - RM59
FSP Hexa 500W power supply - RM149
Coolermaster K280 casing - RM129
Logitech MK100/200 mouse and keyboard combo - RM39
Windows 7 Home Premium OEM - RM289

RM1286 total

Unless you have Windows yourself.

hmm...... looks OK but what about AMD? like A6 or A8

Sounds like you are gonna do overcloking brows.gif
Any Z77 mobo will be needed for overclocking. Value ram will be cheaper and it won't affect gaming experience.

Intel i5 3570k RM679
MSI Z77MA-G45 RM309
Kingston 8gb PC 1600 RM142
Total RM1130

If not overclocking,
Intel i5 3470 RM564
MSI H77MA-G43 RM289
Kingston 8gb PC 1600 RM142
Total RM995

*Will recommend getting a better CPU Cooler for overclocking to reduce the high temp.
