Hi, i've got that piston ring problem going on. How / where did you solve it?

I sent my car for inspection at SC. After they confirm it then you can make appointment when to sent for repair. Better nego with them. If any doubt you can refer your case to Honda Malaysia

What year car?
2011 or 2012?

Anyone recalls what is the maximum storage size of thumb drive that is supported by insight?

I tested before but I had forgotten it.

P.S. managed to check back my old post. Seem like 16GB is the max that is supported by insight.

Looks like I should try to source for one or two to keep in case existing one spoiled.

Anyone know where is the best workshop/foreman in KL/Selangor with reasonable price that can perform valve clearance adjustment for Insight?

As per manual, i can see that valve clearance need to be checked and adjusted periodically.

Never know that there is such thing to maintain.

I only visit Honda service centre for all the services I had done since 2011. I dun recall that they told me anything about it.

Really enjoy the Low insurance premium paid.

Has anybody change their brake pads yet? SC price is quite high about Rm600 over. I want to replace with same original parts. If buy from hingan would be it cheaper? Does anybody have a part number? Thanks

Anyone knows how much a 2011 model hood is? Mine is bengkok and most likely gotta change..

anyone else is still driving this car. i love this car very much that i am still driving it now. haha.

Ar man auto at ampang waterfront. They have other branches too.

Honda specialist but not sure if they handle insight. Can fb msg them pretty responsive. And they have service agent at desk just like SC lol.

Price lower than SC. Higher than normal workshop. Not by far. Okay to bring own part and they charge labour only. Again can fb msg to confirm labour price.

I always bring my own ori parts from honda official stockist or aftermarket part for them to change.

This this car a good buy for second hand? I saw quite some ppl selling this car for second hand for reasonable price. My worry is just the hybrid battery. Is advise?

highly recommended. especially 2011 variant.

no owner has changed the hybrid battery or issues with it.

Agree with westlife.. I sold mine only because I use my motorbike more compared to the car. If not I would have still been driving it daily.. Good car and really good price now..

You will find it more spacious than a myvi.. But a side note if you have the 1.5l myvi you might find the pickup to be a bit lacking..

Please make sure you test drive before you buy and please try to find one with the service booklet. This will save you from being cheated by the odometer trick. Good luck on your search
