you should insist for new unit SG set as promised before.

w8 so ts entitle for an SG set right? so why PLAYTIME still wanna give back the HK set..i guess PLAYTIME can exchange right now with new SG set, so why need more days??

if i am not wrong playtime is delaying kelvin to fix his broken psvita instead of replacing a new psvita as told by playtime and sending for warranty is out of the question since is confirm HK set.

if im not mistaken, PLAYTIME said it was SG set when ts bought the vita..so this is a whole new case here where PLAYTIME need to replace current HK set with a SG set..

so im thinking ts entitle for a new SG set not his current HK set..

Since Ts is been promise by the sell with specific time and proceed with the hearing.

what Seller is in the wrong is 2 things-

Attitude
Dishonest
Nth much can be say and done now just give time since Ts already agree with what the seller says.

But if promise broken then further action as TS need to request Mod give a dispute tag on this matter.

Had a bad experience with them a few years ago. Sent my friend's ps2 to mod and ended up with broken lens, front power button came off and front panel not fitted properly.
Complained to them, they said it's not their fault.  Straight away i told them i'll boycott the shop. I doubt they even know how to fix things.

Ask them no need toh toh lan yeh. proceed with everything only. now they know about your knowledge of the misrepresented "SG" set, now act cute give you reply and all. That was supposed to be 3 months ago.

lol, i second that..but as u know ts want to settle this case asap..i bet if ts demand for his supposed SG set, things will be dragged on for longer time..

My simple advice.
The seller had his chance and he blew it.
There is no longer the need to communicate with him except at the tribunal.
You are within your right for a full refund + compensation. Do not ask for anything less.
If the president ask you why, just say you have lost all confidence and trust in the seller.
Bring your phone with you and print out screen shot copies of the conversation and submit it as supporting evidence during the tribunal and let the president of the tribunal make his judgement of the character of the seller.

Finally, use the money to buy a new one here.

To Playtime: Thanks for responding customer complaints and personally i think you guys need to improve after sales service and i can still accept rude attitude from time to time but to knock off customers with a profanity is just plain unprofessional
