to me , because before i went to tuning , my battery was changed , so the setting lari ,definately a lot better for me la .
according to my friend , WPC waja performance club.malaysia members , those who has done SAS tuning claimed there is significant imrpovement in power and transmission shifting , but the FC doesnt effected or go down . |

no , technically speaking , i dont really know how to say also . hehehe .
but it is more like adjustment of the valve clearance , after some time , the engine running , the valve clearance have to be adjusted to another setting becasue the engine already loose up ... in the first 20K km , your engine still can be considered as virgin , after than when stuff worn up , combustion , the valve clearance has to be adjusted to suit it . it is more likeley like allignment has to be done every 5000km . but this is engine . correct me if got mistake . |

they are using MUT II device to do the tuning .
in MUT II device , select SAS mode . above 20K , ask them adjust the valve clearance setting . |

17cent per km ... if 600km ...means RM102 ...
that means ... full tank 50litre plus . then how come he said 60litre . kinda confused here ... if before the price increase ... it could be ... become lower FC pulak ... hehehe This post has been edited by BridgestoneRE711: Sep 2 2006, 08:14 AM |

-switch gear at 2.5K rpm .
>>you can do this by applying slight foot on the pedal , when u want it to change gear , just slightly lift the gas pedal , and step on it . just like step-release-step , then it will shift the gear . -the one before campro engine . >>4G92 is the engine for proton wira 1.6 , the current proton waja with mitsubishi engine is acutally 4G18P . same as what mitsubishi lancer is using . -tuning to get low FC . >> actually tuining alone doesnt help a lot . it is actually the set-up of the eingine and your foot . for instant , keep your air pressure on the tyre at constant 210kPa . keep your foot light . valve clearance setting must be adjusted to the ngam setting . throttle body has to be cleaned every 5K . dont depends too much on tuning . and never trust any gadget which can save fuel , it is proven all of them are not functioning . magnet on the fuel line , i am sorry ,scientist has proven that it doesnt work at all . if they can give the dyno chart , it will be suspecious . -the fuel tank . >> it is the same 60L . some people full tank RM100 only because the amount left is different . standard waja rpm at 110km/h . >>depends , but it should be 2800-2900rpm . this is becasue it is related to the gearbox ratio , if not mistaken . |

pharez ,
that was a nut speaking about car . gear ratio is fixed , not from the ECU . perhaps your ECU setting run already , have to re-adjust it . |
