You need to seek medical help from a doctor. ED can be a sign of a serious problem (like, buy your tombstone now type problem) or nothing but a simple blood flow issue to your joy-stick. Only a good medical examination can tell if you want to start kissing your loved ones goodbye today or if you should go ahead and plan for the long term. Don’t be dumb and assume —like so many idiotic men— that “Oh, that’ll never happen to me. It’s probably nothing and I can just buy this click-bait remedy off of the interwebs … I mean, what could possibly go wrong.”
No. Get your junk looked at (more like your heart). There’s a reason why in the US Navy, they refer to doctors (or at least used to) as “Pecker Checkers” (PCs). In men, the penis has a lot of interesting (and fun!) uses. For doctors, one of those uses is a halfway decent barometer of your health. If there’s something preventing you from getting a good erection, then that something is worth getting looked at. |

Read more on FDA approved drugs https://www.livestrong.com/article/421353-w...u-look-younger/ "Federal law classifies vitamins as a dietary supplement, which places them under the general category of food and not drugs. As a dietary supplement, the FDA has no duty or authority to "authorize" a vitamin for sale. A vitamin manufacturer has the duty to ensure the vitamins it sells are safe before entering the market, but the FDA does not have to authorize or approve the vitamin before the manufacturer sells it" |

QUOTE(SeanConnery @ Sep 23 2017, 11:41 PM) It’s a common belief that masturbating too much can cause erectile dysfunction (ED). ED happens when you can’t get or maintain an erection. This is a myth that’s not based on facts. Masturbation does not directly cause erectile dysfunction in men. This idea overlooks some of the complexities of masturbation and the physical and mental causes of erectile dysfunction, many of which have nothing to with masturbation or porn. Doctors say: Men have several night-time erections. On average, a healthy man has 3 to 5 erections during a full night's sleep, with each erection lasting 25 to 35 minutes.
This is an answer on your 1 question. I think the main problem with your psychological state. Most diseases come from the head. You can try quality viagra and analyze your behavior during sex. In the same time, a physical condition also can affect your erection. And don't worry about the relationship. If a girl loves you she supports you |

QUOTE(galaxy_godness @ Nov 16 2012, 08:57 PM) I would like to know how long does an erection usually last? Double X Bio C Lecithin EI'm having a problem maintaining my erection and sometimes I can't get it up before sex. Is it possible that I'm suffering from erectile dysfunction? I admit sometimes I get really nervous and that fellar below refuse to cooperate before sex. Could it be sexual performance anxiety? Meanwhile I suspect it could be due to poor blood circulation but how do I verify that. One of my problem is I always have cold hands and when I get nervous i'll have cold sweat. Please advice. I do not want to rely on drugs like <removed> or <removed>. I'm only 24 years old and she is the first girl I'm havin sex with. Whenever I lose erection, she gets really frustrated and a lot of times she just want me to come and then go to sleep. I don't want this ED issue to affect our relationship. If I were to see an urologist, how much does it usually cost? Please shed some light on this issue. Kindly PM for details. I can provide good personalized recommendation. Have a great day. |

Firstly Dr ismail thambi is one of the top urologist in Malaysia. Best for you to go seek for advice.
Secondly I advice is go check your hormones. Thyroid, DHEA and total testosterone level (if you have budget get ur free testosterone check as well). If the results come back all good meaning it psychology problem then you should know where you should go. If results came back u have low thyroid (low thyroid ppl will have low energy level....sensitive to cold.. Etc) just take some thyroid same goes for DHEA. however if low testosterone then u have get testosterone cream to improve it. |

There are several factors to consider. At your age 24, you shouldn't be having this issue but again, it's due several factors.
1. If you are on the couch, exercising less... binge a lot, put on weight... you might want to jump off the couch, go out and start some exercise. Running, Swimming and biking all of these can push your sex drive up and help your little brother a lot! 2. You should ease off the alcohol. 3. If you are the one who tends to get nervous, why not try some fore play longer... stay calm, for f*ck sake... it's not that the pussy will run away at the moment... you already have her on the bed... take it easy, go slow, relax. Light some candle or soft music. 4. Bro.. honestly, if you are not active in sports, time to take one up... Seriously, it helps... |
