You need to seek medical help from a doctor. ED can be a sign of a serious problem (like, buy your tombstone now type problem) or nothing but a simple blood flow issue to your joy-stick. Only a good medical examination can tell if you want to start kissing your loved ones goodbye today or if you should go ahead and plan for the long term. Don’t be dumb and assume —like so many idiotic men— that “Oh, that’ll never happen to me. It’s probably nothing and I can just buy this click-bait remedy off of the interwebs … I mean, what could possibly go wrong.”
No. Get your junk looked at (more like your heart). There’s a reason why in the US Navy, they refer to doctors (or at least used to) as “Pecker Checkers” (PCs). In men, the penis has a lot of interesting (and fun!) uses. For doctors, one of those uses is a halfway decent barometer of your health. If there’s something preventing you from getting a good erection, then that something is worth getting looked at.
