i just learn my lesson...before send to service check the whole car one round with them, after collect car check one round whole car again..if small scratch i don't mind but if too serious till paint rip off like the one i show on picture....sure will make complain already...new car less than 2 week is still consider new car to me.

need to check the car b4 going n leaving sc eg exterior, interior, windows, odo otherwise people take us for a ride..
Another one important is safety IMo. I take off office house car stickers or leave my keys in car when send service at sc...stick back only when i reach home.

correct...really sakit hati to see the scratch......even they offer re-paint it...i am sure will look abit diff in color or feel something is wrong later on

Hello all! Need some decisions. I'm planning to get the E manual version w/o bodykit. As in comes with steel rims, I'm planning to put on some 16 inch black rims & tint the windows black too. What do you all think is the beat colour to get? Not planning on black anymore as I already got a black Polo at home. Silver or bronze gold?

black n white is always a good couple...
IMO i think B.Gold wf black rims should looks nicer than silver

I am the new owner of this good car. I've a trouble to share on.

You see, during my trip from Puchong - Terengganu, my tyre bursted. I suspected my Conti is overheating due to non-stop-no rest to the destination. No big deal. Haha. Lucky got spare. The problem is, one of my wheel cap is missing. Asked many tyre shops, very hard to find. They suggested to change to new rims. But i find Almera alloy rims isnt that bad. Can i just buy it at service centre? I've looked back at the whole pamphlet promotional package thing on the paper. rm800..

only suspect came out from exhaust..but about tyre pressure- yes, it is over inflated. not able to go pam station due very buzy lately..

Do keep us updated after. See if the thumping still exist after dealing with the tyre. Oh. Have u guys heard of nitrogen for tyre? It is apparently better

Update:
After further confirmation & test driving in highway, I conclude it is exhaust sound.
Before this, cannot hear anything. It is more obvious when press the pedal until 80kmh then release it to glide.
I ask my SA regarding exhaust sound. He said it’s normal because the almera use 2 joint (made by rubber) left & right near to muffler. These 2 rubbers hold the exhaust to the body.
After few months, this rubber will tear (or loose), the muffler will start to vibrate. More worst is have body kit. Few costumers already have this problem & go to SC to repair. But no news how they (SC) do it. My SA even show me exhaust for Teanna- direct weld to the body. So it difficult to vibrate.
This Saturday will go to SC to complaint.

Why Rubber part that fast deteriorate after few months use..imo at least it shud last a few years...
