QUOTE(siles1991 @ Nov 20 2012, 04:01 AM) again sorry for all the questions hahahah im satisfied! love your customer service! Sorry, but the shipping rate for Black Friday is fixed and yes the cost is per item. shipping cost is per-item is it? is there a way to buy in bulk and get it cheaper? QUOTE(ketapang @ Nov 20 2012, 05:29 AM) Shipping fees more clear now. An official Newegg Malaysia receipt will be issued upon purchase.Official receipt will be given? If not how to claim warranty if anything happens? QUOTE(DoomGuard @ Nov 20 2012, 12:01 PM) oh no.. there is an addition of 9% charge for promotion item.. that mean all black friday or cyber monday promotion items will be charge with extra 9%? not fair That is only applicable to the http://www.newegg.com website. Since, we'll be using the http://www.neweggbusiness.com/ there will not be a 9.0% VAT tax charge. i wonder why there is addition of that 9%? QUOTE(chiafoo @ Nov 20 2012, 12:09 PM) If product receipt will be issued after the order confirmed , mean the warranty will start before it reach MY and we only have 1-2 weeks time to test our item base on the 30 days return policy ? If that is the case , it is not fair for us since the shipment take 2-3 weeks . The 30 days return policy takes into effect the moment the product arrives at your doorstep. So you will have ample of time to test it out. QUOTE(Haste @ Nov 20 2012, 01:26 PM) Would that be a 2.5" or 3.5"? QUOTE(teckyang97 @ Nov 20 2012, 01:27 PM) Honestly, were not sure ourselves as we are trying to research about this for ourselves at the moment. If there are any updates regarding this matter we will let our fans know ASAP QUOTE(RasWong @ Nov 20 2012, 01:59 PM) Can i know the shipping fees for portable console(PS vita) and tablet? did it cover for the promotion? all delivery is tax mainly for item classification and not the weight right? Portable console's and tablet are covered under the category "Others".For any inquiry regarding the shipping rate of an item classified as "Others" please direct them to this link (https://www.facebook.com/NeweggMalaysia/app_103822229704881). Since, we'll be using the http://www.neweggbusiness.com/ there will not be a 9.0% VAT tax charge. even with newegg.com there will not have 9% tax charge if you are not from CA, NJ and TN. and there is not such policy in newegg.com as "9% tax is compulsory for ALL promotional items (products with promo code / free gifts / combos etc.)." so how would i get charge for that 9% since i am not from those country? btw, i just want to purchase samsung ssd 128gb with promote code usd 139.45 only.. why there is a 9% charge to me? i asked people in newegg.com and they said there is no such policy "9% tax is compulsory for ALL promotional items (products with promo code / free gifts / combos etc.)." kindly explain? because of Richard Tan busy-ness with his work till he disappear and didnt answer me. and this offer only left 49 hours.. Since we do not currently have a warehouse in Malaysia, all products are shipped directly from Newegg U.S (from our Californian warehouse). However the http://www.newegg.com/ is an end user consumer site that caters specifically to US citizens therefore we are bound by it's restrictions and terms. Those restrictions however do not apply to http://www.neweggbusiness.com/.QUOTE(Lonestrider @ Nov 20 2012, 03:27 PM) If we've registered for the black friday event, we don't have to re-register for the cyber monday one, right? The pre-registration is for both Black Friday and Cyber Monday. QUOTE(THE ZUL @ Nov 20 2012, 03:37 PM) There’s always something for everyone especially shoppers anxious to snag the best Black Friday deals a bit early. QUOTE(dawn152 @ Nov 20 2012, 04:37 PM) Are PS3/ PS Vita related items allowed on Black Friday/ Cyber Monday? I have a few things in mind, coupled with some other IT related stuff. Currently we do not have the documents to bring in any cell devices however laptops will be available for purchase. If yes, please add that to the shipping charges list can? Shipping charges on laptop differs as they come in various sizes, that is why we included it in the "others" category. This post has been edited by newegg.com.my: Nov 20 2012, 09:11 PM |
