I'm definitely enjoying my ride more and more as time goes by.  Still working on distance and endurance and increasing the distance on one long ride 

Question : How does one keep hydrated over a long distance ride ? I don't think I can survive on two bottles on water 

for me... more than enuf...too much in fact...

500 cukup. can get a good one. 2 or 3 weeks back, i went to bikepro. giro aeon L size for rm540 or 530. super cheap! within half hour, about 5 units sold. too bad i wear M size

I bought specialized propero II..quite light, share the same shape as the upper ends Prevail but at a slight more weight and less side air vents.

I held one of the Team Sky Kask helmet in blue/black Sky's color and my god they are damn heavy compare to my propero II. Don't go for that helmet.

I checked the specs the difference in weight is minimal but when you hold it you'll know about the weight.

Saves another rm200 u can get the top of the line Prevail model

u guys know any optometry shop which have wide range of oakleys? the one in amcorp ok?

this is the same one thing any shades can do... all shades have exchangeable parts so long you have the moolah...

if koyak'ed... jus change the part (the entire shade)...give you excuse mar...

cheapskates. i once sold my deda newton handlebar for rm100. when i bought it it was about rm260. i advertised on bbs, priced was fixed. no nego. a guy called, promised to meet up. and then the fella asked, can nego? wtf la....

put the price high for bigger margin for nego, buyers might not be interested at all. put the price low to attract buyers, they still want to nego. susah la

how come overkill?? one for saturday, one for sunday. i wash my helmet after every ride. so whilst leaving saturday's helmet to dry, i use another helmet for the sunday's ride

what's the difference in the 2013 version?
