the term "replica" has been misused for so long that we've come to accept it. http://www.differencebetween.com/differenc...ca-and-vs-fake/to me, if it's a fake, just call it a fake la. the worst kind of sellers are those who refuse to admit that they sell fake stuff. don't believe me? try la asking some of those fellas over at bbs selling fake stuff i remember years back, there were "Grade A" stuff. and then some of them claim their stuff as "Grade AA" to distinguish from their competitors. now "Grade AAA". after this? "Grade A-hole"? This post has been edited by miaopurr: Dec 20 2012, 10:23 PM

how should we wear cycling gloves? ngam2? a little tight? or a bit loose? Added on December 21, 2012, 9:52 pmQUOTE(minizian @ Dec 21 2012, 09:41 PM) Kask helmet got nothing to do to protect me. I landed body first, my head all good man Glad to hear its alu, i will if its carbon dropout. I was looking to buy the EMC exact frameset as mine when i comeback to kl. Just buy to keep it since my current one take a beating. Guess I not prep for carbon bike... I am thankful of my current bike when shit happend Its a silly mistake by me anyway and its avoidable i made some silly mistakes with my frame too. don't worry. frames are made to be abused. hehe This post has been edited by miaopurr: Dec 21 2012, 09:53 PM

QUOTE(butthead @ Dec 21 2012, 10:58 PM) abuse, but not too much.. don't take your bike for granted.. or else, it'll plot and wait for the right time when you are riding and snap somewhere sending you tumbling all over the road... what i mean is, too careful until too scared to take out the bike for a spin. i have some scratches because a strong wind blew and toppled the bike over from the stand, and top tube got scraped by a concrete pillar. damn. stupid mistake. i'll post a picture when i have time

QUOTE(mrjgx @ Dec 22 2012, 04:10 PM) So I was browsing through some of the overseas cycling forums and happened to came across this one thread, and one of the poster did made me realized about what a good bicycle is, at least to a mere mortal cyclist like us (working professional with weekend rides). In short, i've concluded that what I need is a good quality bike that can bring me to places..enjoy the ride and journey..becoming healthier, and such. Getting the same bike as the pros will not make me any faster, but i'll gain the cool factor and a thinner wallet. A good quality bike, that looks nice to your eyes. Am I changing my target from the SL4 to some Italian beauty? In the end it's gonna be the same lor..good and cool looking bikes is all expensive and at least pro-tour level..I'm back to square one! Source: http://forums.roadbikereview.com/bikes-fra...m01-287005.htmlu r over-thinking. just get the one u fancy. Added on December 22, 2012, 8:28 pmQUOTE(minizian @ Dec 22 2012, 07:48 PM) Maybe a titanium bike will be better choice since its have long life-span? i want a ti as well. still looking around for something that fits my criteria This post has been edited by miaopurr: Dec 22 2012, 08:28 PM

QUOTE(Mac Wai @ Dec 23 2012, 11:22 AM) Sidi is made from leather too? Therefore taking care that it lasts its lifespan, maybe a second pair is a good idea for rotation. Miao Gor, mini, group buy ok? sidis are made of lorica. synthetic stuff. it won't stretch. i already have two pairs. maybe u should ask vinann or butthead to join ur group buy

Added on December 23, 2012, 6:59 pmQUOTE(butthead @ Dec 23 2012, 06:58 PM) buy bont la... or the new shimanos are also with moldable insoles... best to stay away from moldable stuff if you have water retention issues at your feet... if not, and you mold it to fit snugly fit... you'll have problems when your feet swell a bit how do i know i have that water retention issues? what's that anyway?
