I use my gp4000s on a trainer few times the tyre so good no dust or debris in the floor. So sticky

Not that I don't value but come to think of it if you ride in the road also it will eat up your tire right? Trainer is less abrasive anyway..perhaps I'll buy the trainer tyre soon. The blue colored Victoria for indoor trainer. It costs 180 here..

me thinks it's flat out stupid... a tree branch flying into your spokes and then snagging your derailleur will cause you to throw your frame into the dumpster...

for the minor benefits a non-replaceable offers... not worth the risk..

over the years of riding.. it happened to me only once... and on a road bike somemore... had to swap hanger, RD and deal with a broken wheel because it snapped a pair of spokes on the way up...

don't underestimate tree branches...

i mean it's not going to be so easy to kena lar.. strike lottery also easier...

but, kena adi... have to campak frame... you can bear with that fact or not first...

List of bike service in my lbs package, total cost is RM290...worth it or not? It's more costly than my car service back in Malaysia..but with 7 mechanics in the workshop, we still need to make an appointment to book a slot for the bike service.

Overhaul (clean & grease) front and rear hubs
Degrease, clean and lubricate drive train
Adjust gears and brakes (including BMX rotor)
Lubricate gear and brake cables
Install gear and brake cables/housing
Adjust headset bearings
Adjust bottom bracket bearings
Adjust front and rear wheel bearings
Tighten stem binder bolt and expander bolt
Tighten saddle pillar and seat clamp and grease
Adjust saddle angle as necessary
Tighten crank and chain-ring bolts
Tighten pedals and grease
Perform front and rear wheel alignment
Check quick release clamp and/or wheel nuts
Trim and cap exposed cables
Check all accessory mounting bolts
Check lights function and batteries
Clean and inflate tyres
Deluxe clean and polish bicycle

A worn out tyres will give you less rolling resistance..so I guess using my gp4000s on a trainer will make it much faster on the road?

this two already the opposite... how to find lar li that... classic geometry must have no sloping top tube one...also no compact geometry... it's a man's bike...full sized..

how to regrease pedal bearings??? regrease the threads ada lar.. never seen people try to take out the spindle before... mostly take out that time already koyak...

they have lots of titanium frame builders there...very custom and all the tubes are hand cut and hand mittered... and also hand jigged, hand assembled, hand welded, hand polished... and other than giving the bike a hand job... i don't know what hand they can give it anymore...
