Structural cost (RM/PSF) x PSF + Land area x Land area cost (RM/PSF).

is memang like that. even if u go and check now oso the lake and link villa now is around 2.xM for 4ksqft.

My interpretation is overpriced cos what they offer are almost similar to other projects in cbj. Unless they come out with reasonable explanation.

i agree with u that they are over price. the rreason why over price i have no idea. maybe they think their concept is nice and superb with perdana lake view west name and the lake view?

But not a direct view..for certain units..it'll be blocked by SG..location wise..lakeview east consists of more prominent individual lots..
