if flashing the zip file, you should use CWM
unless you are trying to flash the boot.img file, then use ODIN PDA.

Hi all users, my S3 just died a moment ago..
It just suddenly died, cannot be turn on again, put it to charge also no led and screen is black. Just died totally @@

Guys the omega 33.3 cwm is v6.0.12 or something else?? Bcause i flash momoto theme nothing happen only change at battery logo.

im on jellybean 4.1.1. is that true CWM and supersu still dont compatible with this firmware? i have rooted device but my CWM keep notify "this version of CWM should be with CF-CWM v.1.1 or newer.i have CWM manager version 3.60 by the way.and my super SU is v0.98.

plus,do rooted device can get firmware update via KIES or OTA? so how do u all manage to get update?is that download a firmware from any website then flash it to ur phone?

also,if that method u all using,possible it will wipe enterily phone or just upgrade the firmware itself?

About external defect,external damage most probably not covered by warranty and some members say complain to their fb page will get warranty service,really eh ? Anyone did and succeed after all ?

I just complained right now and express their bad after sale service.Hope it won't get me blocked or ignore by them
