Speaking of straps.. bought ANOTHER Seiko 5 nylon strap in black this time.

I would say it is because of the cheap bracelet quality. The pin still look nice but the part just snap like that. it cost about rm120 for that bracelet. Now end up with alam flora tongue.gif .

Haven't seen any photo of new monsters here in a loooooooong time! where are you guys? Still contemplating on 313 and 309, and I think it's probably out of stock everywhere at the moment.

309 hands down!! stay away from the PVD ones...as a matter of fact I saw 2 in 2 different shops at pertama.

spring drive - no ticketing sound. wind very smooth. nice blue hands and gold hands.

By pvd, you mean 315? Why? Anyway have no interest in that model, imo it would look better with a silver bezel. Thanks for the heads up but I'm in penang.

about a year ago the batt in my Seiko ran out. went to a watch shop n they changed it for me. but i was told the rubber seal is thin d. but he said still can use n he applied some silicone sealant for me. when i asked about replacing the rubber seal he said it will take a few days as they need to custom order for me.

so u guys think its better for me to go authorized Seiko supplier to get it changed ?
