QUOTE(Everdying @ Jan 30 2013, 02:38 PM) for me its not why seiko...its why monster? cos the monster doesnt really pretend to be anything else...and its value for money. QUOTE(Naka7a @ Jan 30 2013, 02:56 PM) Can you guys emphasize on why the seiko divers in particular give good value for money, as every divers owners are claiming? Don't get me wrong but I am just curious to know, as I may have mentioned I am hoping to get a srp309 too, my concerns are the dial being too big for my wrist and not being able to pull off the orange :/QUOTE » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Now that's some really intense obsession! Don't get me wrong but I am just curious to know, as I may have mentioned I am hoping to get a srp309 too, my concerns are the dial being too big for my wrist and not being able to pull off the orange :/ i dont think pro divers use dive watches anymore Now that's some really intense obsession! But it's weird that you only have 2 of them, your seiko collection does not properly correspond to your obsession, you know what to do! but when u buy a dive watch, u know ur getting something with a solid case, solid crystal, and more often than not a very good bracelet. tho i think for quite alot of ppl, well not here, but in US and europe, the main draw of seikos are the modding community. anything u can think of can be modded to become it. u want homages also got, planet ocean, fifty fathoms, black bay...all also got. |
