QUOTE(earthdome @ Jan 11 2013, 01:32 PM) you're right. i'm not that type of person. i just need a reliable car that could last at least until loan is finished should keep it until car really cannot drive or spare parts are too expensive to change. My dad wira drive 18yrs liao, change engine mounting, change some parts, the car still can drive like a nice car. Unless too many cash to spare, else no need change car lo.. i also plan to use tis car until loan finish, then got better pay, go for VW Passat CC class in the future |

QUOTE(pitalee2001 @ Jan 13 2013, 04:33 PM) Hello, guys, below is some modification i do to my baby reduced whinning sound, result is awesome but but but damage is high!!!!!!!!!!!. so read at your own risk, dont blame me later. oh ok.. the rubber they put inside the cavity of the hood, then put back the ori one? may i know the american expensive rubber name? dynamat? i use STP hood solution+stp silver like make no difference >< but u gave me an idea.. i shall cut some stp and put it at the place u put the rubber, but without opening the adhesion part.. see will reduce some road and engine noise from firewall or not 1st damage comfort autofoam RM880 [attachmentid=3259831] [attachmentid=3259851] 2nd damage hood put foam insulation boot put american premium rubber insulation (tu tauke Desmond said this rubber very very mahal macam golden woh) if luxury car they will cover using this rubber to whole inside wall surface of car. But this package just given sikit sikit cukup makan only cost RM600. [attachmentid=3259852] [attachmentid=3259853] 3rd damage RM180 put extra 3M seal to 4 door, negative is i felt little pressure inside cabin, positive is no more motorcycle sound, damn dangerous. For your info, actually our original seal is enough good already. This happen due to greedy. [attachmentid=3259858] 4th damage is crazy mind till wallet shoot by bullet. [attachmentid=3259860] So now no wallet use anymore then i used my own house rubber insulation, 4mm thick one put underneath the foot passenger. [attachmentid=3259868] [attachmentid=3259871] then future continue improvement idea is take 25mm thick rubber insulation put here caused i see here have some empty wall which not fully tutup. why?????????? [attachmentid=3259873] [attachmentid=3259874] |

QUOTE(dont8cum @ Jan 13 2013, 11:33 PM) it's actually kesas highway but in the morning u know lah typical KL jam. depends on ur driving pattern, if u drive like a p****y then just get exec enuf. Sorry about the word, just joking only FC is not in my concern. just wanna know whether worth or not to top up RM13000 for preve exec I'm definitely sure that handling will be alot better and more stable compared to saga flx 1.6, but the safety thing, since there's only 2 air bags, unlike the CFE which has 4, and the pick up since preve is much more heavier den saga? |

QUOTE(dont8cum @ Jan 13 2013, 11:41 PM) i drive like those ahbeng who get cursed by people all the time. well if u drive above 140km/h then no brainer u shoul take CFE, easily hit 140 and above no sweat. Well, u need the speed, u have to pay for it but CFE is out of my budget and i'm afraid of the proton technology about the paddle shift, push start button etc. and i've decided. since i like to drive above 140kmh, i'm afraid cannot control saga nicely at that speed. |

QUOTE(dont8cum @ Jan 13 2013, 11:52 PM) i just wanna have a pick up which is equivilent to or slightly better den my current 1.6 wira can already i believe wira 1.6 u overhaul liao maybe give u better comfort, becos saga flx se torsion beam just cannot make it, very rocking at uneven road. preve exec not bad la.. just pickup lose abit, too heavy. better u go test drive 1st and i only got the money for either saga flx se or preve exec. haha next time after i graduate only buy a better car to street race |

QUOTE(deity01 @ Jan 15 2013, 08:39 PM) my tire kena before.. i think cut by sharp rocks, but the tire shop managed to repair it, they use different plug, better u choose the more exp one.. around 20-30 bucks one.. they will use the plug tat looks like mushroom and plug from inside not outside one.. tis is proper repair, authorized michelin tire shop will only repair the tire using this method, they will not use the rm10 or rm5 method. |

QUOTE(rich8833 @ Jan 16 2013, 05:56 PM) cos now is hearsay only, unless i hear from the horses mouth, then i might consider. yeah long way to go.. i think i don wan waste money on tire yet.. neuton cheap and indon brand ma so ppl don give a shit, maybe margin very low also.. but u see tyrereview is uk website still get good feedback from ppl in US, UK and all around the world.. ppl like malaysian owes go for brand with on brain, that's already a proven fact when u see alot T and H on the road, H still ok la.. i personally tried honda before, way better than wat T offer.. T is utterly rubbish.Anyway, long way to go before i change my tyres, maybe by that time i might be using neuton too.. |
