OK, another story..I was having a chat with the other proton 1.6flx owner since only two of us left at around 6pm. He told me, he sent his car for service in Sg Besi SC. His car mileage is only 10K km. After serviced, he just drove off as normal. The next few days it was raining while he is driving, and suddenly the front car applied brake. He quickly brake too but the car skidded. Luckily nothing bad happened. He was wondering all the while he braked during raining is ok, but why today skidded. A day after, while he was washing his car, suddenly he see the tyre thread is 50% gone! on all 4 tyres! He strongly believe those guys in SC switched all his 4 tyres. He is a mechanic himself.

So, guys...PLEASE check and recheck before you drive off!
*
woah, seriously, how can they do that, sg besi sc is third party punya?

Installing NGV does not necessarily void your warranty. There is a member at the Persona tered who made the conversion outside right after he got his car, Proton COE tells him that they will still honor the warranty.

Besides, Proton also provide their own NGV conversion packages.
*
oh, if like that, for long term wise NGV definitely cheaper... as jams in kl worsen everyday...

my last tank was 15.5L/100km. sweat.gif anyway what to do, rains everyday smart tunnel closed

File is correct which stated preve, but the profile they choose saga 1.6.
*
seriously, technician have no idea which file to select correctly? end up we are the one to educate them?
oh man, we pay for their salary still teach them how to select file, irony isn't it.

did "5 star ANCAP compliance" official already?
or just Proton claim so?
*
it was design to comply... wait till Preve on the road in australia, then wait for ANCAP to pick Preve for testing.

hi bro, saw your WTS thread car tint RM180. your offer price with 5yrs warranty is the best in town thumbup.gif . may want to get it for my gf kancil.
i want to do a mini restoration work on her kancil as a surprise. tongue.gif

may i ask, if let say after few years need to replace rear screen tint, was it possible that during removal of the old tint, won't damage the strips?

i am also thinking, to get 2nd layer tint on my preve, for rear screen, rear windows + small windows, slightly darker than the allowed VLT.
for our preve original tint, has anyone use the measuring tool to check the actual VLT?
during long distance drive under hot sun, seems to be inadequate to block heat. have to set aircon 3/4 speed at less than 23degree Celsius.

*
year end premium model got 2-5k cash discount, no need to fork out so much for downpayment,
unless monthly repayment out of your budget.
