The holder must be >21 but <65.

As far as I know supplementary card can be anyone, not only your family members.
My sister was holding supp card from her then BF now husband.
You better check with SCB. As I said I can't really recall the drop down menu.

The SCB agent called me today, twice. Both times also when I was having meeting.

At the end, I still spoke to him on the second call... While we were talking, I cannot understand why he kept saying I can only get RM 300 cash back as principal... I was clarifying as I was expecting RM 350 and not RM 300. Then the line got disconnected.

I tried to call back the no. but nobody picked up. I think he won't call me back.

So I just wait for SCB to issue my card then.

No, he said... RM 300 before GST, so after GST only RM 250.
Then I tried to understand more, the line got disconnected...

Finally the agent returned my call this morning and he admitted he made a mistake.

OK, he said I will get RM 450 (RM 350 for principal + RM 100 for supp). I did ask him about the RM 300 supp promo but he said I can only get RM 300 for principal...

Then, I told him to go ahead with this RM 450 first then I will apply the RM 300 supp once my card is approved.

Now waiting for another team to call to confirm on my application.

Luckily I didn't send any revised IC. Really pray hard everything sails smoothly.

Ya, that's why I insisted I should get RM 350 for principal and not RM 300. I knew he is trying to fish RM 50 away for me but I guess he met the wrong person.
Then the line got disconnected....

Called back the next day and admitted he was wrong earlier.
