Hi guys, i will going to Cameron Highlands this saturday,
As i know there was a lot of hotels, apartments, and guess house for rent....
this make me hard to choose one coz i never been there before....

We are going there with 4 Couple. So we need 2 room...

Any of you been there before ? What hotel or apartment you live? Nice or not ? Expensive or not ?

Well for us, we just want to go for hotel or Apartment only... guess house i think no interested....

Budget? Ermmm so far from Strawberry park is RM310 for 2 room (include RM60 for peak surchage coz i went on saturday)

Got any other suggestion which have a confortable clean room and nice budget?

Hi! I'm planning to go PD end of this month. My 1st time goin there. Hoping to have a great altho short (1 or 2 nites) vacation. Budget is around 200 bucks per nite. Any good and worthwhile hotels and places to recomend?

Another is Avillion. My last trip there 2 weeks ago, I stayed at Casa Racardo. Not really recommended. This is below RM200 a night, RM150 paid if not mistaken.

you can try one of these, tiara beach resort(far from PD town), glory beach resort(apartment type), corus paradise(hotel room and apartment style), avilion(EXPENSIVE), legend water chalet(EXPENSIVE). But personally for under 200 budget i'll go to either tiara or corus.

Check already, Guoman n Avillion are abit out of my budget but from reviews, its a nice place.



Seems like Tiara Beach Resort is still the best option currently. Corus ... so many bad reviews especially on the fake lagoon ahaha.



They r talking abt la za mee and some schools there! still mayb they know best since they r PD locals haha



Discounted it from my list already. Saw too many bad reviews on it and many other hotels in PD. Thats y i'm here to ask for other hotels which are not in the bad reviews haha.

Tiara beach Resort is not really a beach resort-lah! & it is far away from beach (Impossible to goto to beach!. It is inland on the left side of the road leading to Melaka..about 5KM after Blue Lagoon junction. But if u prefer the man-make beach in Tiara..should not be a problem...The look of Tiara resort is something like the medium cost Apartment & gigantic swimming pool in middle...( dun take my word..I hv not stay there myself..just pass-by & saw the photos from the Advert

Corus, stayed there about 4 yrs ago. Previously was Ming Court PD. Yes the fake lagoon is a no-no & dirty 9 But what u expect from the overall all dirty water of PD?). but it still nice if u want to take picture. The Hotel room (not Apt block) is OK as other 3 star hotel standard...and very busy swiming pool ...rather small but my daughter enjoy it....

U cannot imaging how dirty the water.....
I think PD has world ranking of dirty beach !

I thot so..PD & Melaka beach are not so clean..sightseeing or relaxing would be fine, but not for swimming..anyway to me as long as there's beaches and sea would be great..romantic

wah ... i think quite true also coz i saw most of the hotel reviews there are horrible and scary. The authorities shuld start taking steps to clean and beautify it or else, PD is goin to b a former tourist attraction.

You can try to stay at the one next to Tanjung Tuan hotel with Minangkabau style, but i can't remember the hotel name, and it is opposite the askar kem. The beach there quite nice, of cox dun compare with redang or perhentian lah... really i quite enjoy staying there lasttime.
