Try Guoman. It it by far one of the good ones left in PD these days. http://portdickson.guomanhotels.com/ Another is Avillion. My last trip there 2 weeks ago, I stayed at Casa Racardo. Not really recommended. This is below RM200 a night, RM150 paid if not mistaken.
