Sad to hear all of that. My batch is A02MY,still come with core i5-3317u.

Well, my mistake. The 2547 is still ivy bridge, just perf sucks a bit, and also no HD graphics 4000
|

If you're going to get one just be very very sure that you're getting the 3317U, it's written on the label of the box which processor it is. |

AFAIK, A02MY is (S-Pen + Keyboard) , and H01MY is (3g + S-Pen Only)..

Well, for the processor issue I think what we're seeing is this.
Revision A02 which has the better processor, and the one that's actually published on the website is showing up in retail.
Revision A03 which is the poorer performing processor is being distributed to the business/enterprise customers who usually don't care about the specifics. Or have other purchasing agreements in place which makes it difficult for us to argue.
End result, lots of confusing as to what's available in the market, and a few pissed customers!
