yup that true....i compain to maxis and this is what they response :

Sir, other places still in GPRS/EDGE.......(maxisforum)........Bad Customer Service...they should find better reason like an accident or anything that not GPRS/EDGE

I told them, many place in malaysia has dc hspa+, and my place only have one tower ( i think only one cause only see one.....anone know how to check tower in pc?)

they gave the same reason...if can get higher than 10 mbps.......

I guess you are luckier than me. They told me 400kbps is good enough, cannot complain anymore.

Tell the CS go fly kite, 400kbps is only HSDPA(3G) Minimum must be 400kBps , roughly = 3.2Mbps la.......

i guess the CSO is super noob la.....

Next time, tell them(CSO) to ask Technical to call you instead of them wasting your time bla bla-ing.....

They must treat you nicely cause you are paying them their salary, I believe you are a Maxis One Club Customer and this kind of customer enjoy good services. Btw, i have my overcharged amount just strike off with just a simple call. Anaconda value this kind of customer cause we feed him fat fat icon_idea.gif

What the point upgrading their network if customer cannot get fast speed? DC HSPA+, LTE...come on........no use la if upgrade like not upgrade mad.gif

I dun have much to complain as i am using a TRUELY UNLIMITED Package on Speed and Quota.

Where in Boleland can you get this package nowadays ?

Digi ? worst than anything now ~ due to its snail pace upgrading

Celcom, 7.2Mbps maximum and no unlimited, rm98 for 6GB

Umobile, rm128 for 20GB, quite ok la, but still lose to Maxis Legacy.

YES, as Chuah mentioned, its very expensive to use for Downloading.

Maxis LTE hmm.gif hmm.gif we will see how it goes and because of this (LTE) i am holding on to my Plan currently till i leave Boleland ( if i have the chance la ) nod.gif nod.gif
