after last nite down time. whole day today(monday) til now 3:33am. I'm not able to get DC mode!!!!! WTF with u maxis!?!?!

my speed is back 20 mi ago, the usual high speed cell tower is back to service

Hello chuah... last night had to maxis for replacement again... this time i got MICRO sim with RA sim... cos normal sim they dont have stock with RA.
but when i test with my E355... also cannot detect my sim... the worst is my E1762 also not detect my new sim... ...
any solution?

Could it be your Modem's problem ?

calling maxis cs... kept telling them i can't connect to DC network. They don't seems to understand much. Anyone know which department i should call directly?? It's not normal for me not able to connect to DC.. My area is always on DC before the other night down time.

All three modems have issue?

ya, cos i live in Miri Miri is just beside Brunei Brunei is a small country, the border is their country lo.. Miri is southwest after the border. If miri is Brunei then malaysia very rich liao alot of Oil and Gas there I think they connect u to Kuching hub gua..

brunei internet is slow, i think worst than connect to singapore. Don bother testing using tat server Not very fast la.. Kuching hub very slow also.. better get KL one..

where u get ur 3g modem?
from maxis?
my case is E173 free modem from Maxis. after update the firmware, the whole modem lock up and cannot detect my sim and other RA sim as well.
now my 3g modem i consider brick even it can install firmware and detect by my PC..it just cant lock down my telco.

they wont entertaint you if you able to connect...as long u have 1-2mbps haha..ur case consider close...
they will give u a reason too many user in your place...

Try this, keep your connection always on HSPA+ by using a Pinger

Then DL a file, speedtest dun shows your REAL strength.
