Auction purchased really risky and the bank auctioned it do not bear anything missing or they won't repair u anything if spoil. Some more, the time frame given is short and u would running out of time by paying late penalty charges if u unable to get loan urgently. Hi sorry for bumping old thread,
I am thinking to buy one KM unit as well. I have done my research (indian temple, cemetery, single lane access, LRT station 4) hmm one thing to ask, wonder any school bus driven in to the guard house there to fetch kids, since the lane is quite small.
