Hi sorry for bumping old thread,

I am thinking to buy one KM unit as well. I have done my research (indian temple, cemetery, single lane access, LRT station 4)

hmm one thing to ask, wonder any school bus driven in to the guard house there to fetch kids, since the lane is quite small.

Mostly I will get it for own stay for at least 5 years to start my family I like the layout the unit, which nowadays hardly find unit with bigger space room at such price. And I could do my weekly training for jogging/cycling at Bk5 onwards.
