TS .. Innacomm W3400V has many issues and I dont know why they still bundle with 4Mbps package. Maybe they have to do some research before throwing in free stuffs in the said package.
As, far I know 4Mbps can only support fewer modems in the market, TM used to give the bulky BILLION where I found very stable for 4Mbps but later discontinued .. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Other than that will be this RIGER .. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « but I suggest u to get 3rd party modem such as AZTECH / TPLINK |

QUOTE(Skyfer @ Nov 8 2012, 05:29 PM) Same result. yeah, you can try any of these ..I should've asked for his name but how does the upgrade REALLY work anyway? QUOTE(WaCKy-Angel) Not sure if TS typed wrongly, it should be 192 Ya typed wrongly, sorry about that.192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 there's no way for remotely firmware updating by tech personnel unless remote configuration is set via router or TeamViewer for example. Common, this youself .. how he gonna access your connection if your modem / router is turned off? he lied |

QUOTE(Skyfer @ Nov 8 2012, 05:36 PM) Well when I registered for the upgrade they mentioned either D-Link or Innacomm and I asked for D-Link and they replied only if got stock. Earlier I asked the tech about D-Link, immediate answer: no stock. goto command prompt, .. -> RUN - type CMD and type IPCONFIG ..Yeah I prefer 3rd party modem BUT they're kinda pricey, for me anyway =/ ![]() |

Enabled network adapter Still not working. QUOTE(Xploit Machine) I don't think I'm on IPv6 and just tried it (with and without the http://) it went to search (Chrome) and in Firefox, this: The address wasn't understoodThere's a check in the IPv6 box under Control Panel -> Network & Internet -> Network & Sharing Center -> Change Adapter Settings -> Right Click + Propeties meaning I'm using IPv6? Unchecked and still with same result. |

QUOTE(Skyfer @ Nov 8 2012, 07:17 PM) The IP was and is set to automatic. If any, for the DNS, I'm using Google DNS. i just tested my another machine .. turning off the firewall and i couldnt access 192.168.1.1 At any rate, I've set DNS to automatic and tested with both 192.168.1.1 and my IP -> same result If any, my previous modem (Linksys) worked perfectly with the 192.168.1.1 before it went kaput. Windows version: Windows 7 Ultimate the only way is to reset the router and reconfigure ure username and password (for streamyx / unifi) again u may proceed if ure aware of the procedures and configuration method |
