Tried your method:
1. Restart -> Unplugged LAN cable
2. In Windows, used Wireless
3. 192.168.1.1 @ IE, same result
4. Disconnected from Wireless -> connected using LAN cable
5. Enabled Local Area Connection
6. After connected -> #3

I suppose need to hard reset like miezaidin mentioned, BUT what if after hard reset, still cannot access 192.168.1.1? Please don't tell me call TM.

You mean in a different place, i.e. different line?
Yes I do but that will take some time and RJ45 = LAN cable (yellow/red/?)?

No, Slowmyx and okay I'll test it out and post my results after.

Added on November 12, 2012, 9:51 am192.168.1.1 can be accessed at another location with the same modem. What could be wrong then?
Weird thing is, using a Linksys modem with this PC (the one where the Innacomm modem was previously used and not being able to access the 192.168.1.1), 192.168.1.1 can be accessed.

Another thing, can any one of you please help do me a favour?
Can you try accessing this site: https://tmbill.tm.net.my
Input your details and see if you can proceed onwards because I can't seem to work with it. Details I entered was:-
- Personal
- User Name (tested with @streamyx and without)
- Password
- New IC Number
- Service: Streamyx

Thanks a lot!

Added on October 21, 2015, 10:31 amI'll close this thread then since years after no one responded -- if any, I can access the net after switching to UniFi.
