With such creative atmosphere, those not sure to buy, also force and press to book first in lack of time frame to consider properly.

If control-able and plenty of units & time to choose, normally typical consumer buyers will think, think, consider, consider, and walk away and maybe never come back again.

4.5 years later, yes, likely to get that high market valuation. But it's really depends on how long you can hold, competition going to be strong. Everyone is going to try to sell it off.

But still one side of me really miss the iconic architecture. Don't know will regret or not but again I'm looking for an own stay place now, might be giving this a skip. sad.gif

All other new project which close to MRT station in KL psf won't cheaper than this! Ulu place also asking 500psf above..this Fennel with 2 proposed MRT Interchange, iconic design, 650psf quite reasonable

Looking at another perspective, now is 2013 + 4.5 years later it will be close to 2018, about time for another downturn. May be we can buy lots of auction Fennel that time haha.

One example, You one USJ, last week already selling RM 450k for a 2 rooms apartment, 650 sq ft only, u count and c.. ..close to RM 700/sq ft, no freebies at all.

How about Kiara Residence 2, Bukit Jalil next to NKVE exit opposite OUG? That's RM 435 psf (after discount) for a high floor 1457 sf unit. Located just 100m away from new LRT station (being constructed now). But surely not as well designed as Fennel.
