My friend said saffron is so so nia but luckily complement by permanent station-ing of defect team since day one till now! Fulamak... permanent defect team.. LOL

Honestly, if its 650psf and 4.5 years contruction...I say Ok la... 4.5 years later price different liao... but for existing sentulea east ytl owners to flip.... have to wait a while more...

ytl normally handover key earlier.... then ahead of schedule loh...
ini fennel manyak susah mahu bina wor...according to the contractor...

Can anyone confirm:
-car park, how many?
-the swimming pool is at which level?
- what is the psf min and max as of today? avg psf?
- which is the best size/layout?

The jalan ipoh malls, dont want to talk lah..

Not having malls at door steps have advantage too as it will avoid congestions and noise pollution. i prefer sentul east to stay this way....
