Hmm, my logic is very simple good for tenant bad for resident (own stay).
Tenant normally like it when the security is not that strict. Again, I am not saying the 1S security is not strict.

Will take a look next week when I m back to KL.

KL Sentral seems to be getting alot of focus these days especially with the proposed hub for the KL-Singapore HSR. Many high end luxury developments in KL Sentral itself like St Regis, Sentral Residences and Suasana Sentral not to mention two 5 star hotels Hilton Sentral and Meridian.

My general opinion is that KL Sentral residential & commercial blocks are very very close to each other. For example, last time suasana & loft enjoy good view until being blocked.

Baru balik, saw the construction of The capers are progressing with frames on the side wall. Looks like these panels will cover the bare concrette wall.

Also, saw the sky bridge linking D6&7 like almost complete. At the end of the day, there will be bridge linking Saffron, Tammarind, D6, D7, The Capers to the LRT.

The construction barrier for Fennel is also erected (coming soon)... yes erected and coming soon.

Site is cleared when I visit it. This is very walkable to LRT station but this depends on where the entrance is.

Accessibility from jalan tun rzak and mahameru, Tamarind and Saffron is still better then Capers. Hopefully YTL will consider this one.

According to the ytl magazine size from 8xx sqft...

If 1060sqft is the smallest unit, then the psf will be higher than 650psf right? lets say 700psf... absolute 742k... still better buy then subsale saffron/tamarind right?

if 1060sqft 2rooms and not even 2+1, then making it difficult for family stay...
this will force pple to buy 1300 size... 1300x 650psf= 845k... fulamak..

in terms of sizing, i feel tamarind is better than saffron as mostly are 1300+
for saffron, most units are sub 1000issh.. and i think layout 1087 feels more spacious...

I did comparision for saffron vs tamarind b4.

layout:
Tamarind superior for larger size like 1300.
Even the pool levelunits are attractive looking.

for 1000 size, saffron better as in the tamarind low rise is not so good layout.

Pool:
Saffron 2 pools, children pool.

Car park
Saffron better as the ramp is very wide but tamarind is narrow and infested with bird.

Security
Saffron- 5stars tight
Tamarind- 3-4stars tight.

Overall built quality
Tamarind better than saffron but little agy.
saffron, ytl still standby fixing defects foc.

park
Saffron superior as 1acre park.

JMB.
PPL say saffron better than tamarind.

Saffron ceiling is ok lah.. if u want really lo.. go to see MK casa kiara... jialat man... can't even install ceiling fan without plaster ceiling..

tamarind facade if repaint then ok already... i like tamarind lift loby.. very classy.

Ok.. feedbacks from my friend who own units at both side.
Confirmed JMB saffron is better as many datuk and professionals residents, most importantly RM2million sitting in JMB account.

Tamarind got security guard walk off due to no salary..sometime back..

U can listen to agents also.... thumbup.gif
