Well, after Oscar went out, we lost any attacking intent.

Oscar is most direct among the 3 attacking midfielders. We need him to push ball forward faster.

Torres did well and nearly scored 2. Mata really should had score in 1st half.

Howard Webb damn awesome yesterday. Intercept ball for us twice.

shhhh later some people say we got help from referee but still unable to win biggrin.gif

are we still jinx during this period where our results dip just before winter break?

i think the tempo of our attack was disrupted when Howard Webb whistle for the Stevie G's injury in the penalty box... that stoppage for about 5-6 minutes really disrupt the flow of the game... after that stoppage, I think our players lost interest in attacking.... not blaming anyone here.... but that's what I saw this morning... the attacking was fast and furious before the stevie g's injury... after restart, nothing interesting happened until luiz suarez's goal...

i found funny when u all blame torres not getting chance? we have 3 shot on target yesterday, 2 are from torres... yesterday match he played good compared to those before

maybe the blame should be on rdm, mata and hazard did ok.. oscar did good.. until he did that moses substitution to take our oscar, then our play start falling..

mata should've scored. oscar should've scored. we outplayed them in the first half, and quarter of 2nd half. then things got even.

torres, had few chance, but torres is usual torres.

but all in all, fair result for uninspiring team.

ya, totally agree that..Torres is stil Torres, his form remain there(not high).. the problem there was mazacar, all off target..

QUOTE(Frankmiller92 @ Nov 12 2012, 02:07 AM)
Forget the special one or putting blame on managers. We miss our Caoptain JT! Our defense was great with him!

terry is always our best captain, he scored yesterday, and without him, we conceded a goal.. maybe if he not injured, the score will be different.. sad.gif

agree on BOLD sentence.. he got shots on target, his header also nice, just din scored, better than mazacar behind where quite a few shots fly away, not even close to the bar..

btw, RDM tot sub sub Torres and oscar, with moses and D23 can play more attacking? but.. more worst! no attack at all after that..sigh~

P/S: i watched the match, but din realize about Suarez celebration.. ya, what happend to his teammate? he was pity at that minute~ sweat.gif

Lol, Liverpool players not celebrating with Suarez, they were all in the penalty box only.

Looks like our slump is starting early this season. We better get our league form on track asap. Don't forget we have to play the CWC in Japan in December.

Sturridge is not that good of a sub, unlike Chica and of course in my view the best super sub, Dzeko. Kalou used to be our super sub sad.gif.

I think this lineup and formation is definitely our Plan A. But we should have a different formation for Plan B for the likes of Moses and Sturridge, maybe 4-3-3? And also, currently we don't have options on the pivot, only Rami and Mikel. I havent seen great thing from Romeu yet. We need Lampard, i hope the long rest has a positive impact on him. I do miss Mereiles though.

I just watched the half match, with terry, the defend is solid, without terry, defend quite fragile. we need terry, and someone who can replace him in the future.

Before i go to sleep after half-time, i feel that this will be a draw game, and it is...... 3 points behind MU now, need to get back on winning track.

not qualify for UCL yet is another problem, so the team cannot fully concentrate on BPL.

next UCL match against Juventus, which they won 6-1, Chelsea need to get a draw, at least.

Hopefully next match versus West Brom, we see this line up so that our main line up will get some rest versus Juventus later:

Cech
Azpi Iva Cahill Bertrand
Romeu Mikel
Moses Oscar Marin
Sturidge.

then if something goes wrong sub in Mata Hazard Ramires.. for 2nd half

RDM wont do it smile.gif his job on the line.. he ll use best formation if he can, he wont gamble. It is different when u r takecare manager and real manager, you can gamble as takecare manager, but you ll go for safe route when u r the manager.

WBA is 5th in the table right now.

Chelsea winger Marko Marin has been lined up for a return to his first club Borussia Monchengladbach.

The Germany international has yet to play a single minute of Premier League football since his £7million summer arrival from Werder Bremen.

Marin signed a five-year contract at Stamford Bridge, but is tempted to return home for the sake of his international career.

i think torres play well yesterday. TWO his blind header brilliantly save by Jones. I think turning point is when mata failed to score at last minutes in the first half.

I think we need someone like Hernandez who always positioning well in penalty box

A year ago, this would have been the joke of the day. But come to think of it now, maybe its not a bad idea.
The way we are playing with Torres now, he gets a lot of the ball, but not all the times in scoring position. He drops deep to link with Mazacar. Instead of him dropping, if we had a attack-minded pass master next to mikel. Mazacar can be more direct positions to create for Torres to finish with 1 or 2 touches. So if we played like that, Chica is better.
