i can listen only, but not fully understand, same goes to other dialect like hokkien, foochow and heng hua... all i can listen but can't speak well. this is what happen when didnt practise to speak.

definitely not gastric problem and higher up.. should be somewhere from your throat down.. and i need more info than that.. first.. fresh blood as in the colour still pink or dark red liao.. stick together as in one big piece or lil bits and pieces.. you got any other problems like sorethroat or been coughing? any other signs? chest pain? feels like got a "piece of wood" in your chest? hard to breathe? how often you got it? taking any medicine especially pain killer?

not taking pain killer for like erm 2month. Been vomiting for bout 1month, stopped after take gastric pills for bloated tummy, now stopped for a week no med. Vomit with food with got like few 50cent patches of red blood together lo. After vomit felt like a stab at the right lung....

hmm.. right lung.... omai... better get a chest x-ray.. seems like the clot from there rather than gastric... and that is no heartburn or gastric... and you been vomiting a lot.... hmmm.... not good sign... chances of lung infection is high since you went to thai 3-6 months ago.. i scare its from there... esp if you go to "soil" area... hmmmm......
