if it was me, I'd get the MK-II AEUG version instead. (Make sure its V2 tongue.gif ) First off is the color...I always prefer white laugh.gif Secondly, the stand. Its unique, the only one in MG history and it can be combined with Zeta V2 stand smile.gif

anyway, I was taking a look at dannychoo.com pics and guess what I found
Strike Gundam (Clear Pearl Shift)
Blue Frame Astray 2nd L (Extra Finish) - probably the best looking extra finish ever to me
HG Destiny (Clear version)
OMFG - MG FREEDOM GUNDAM (CLEAR VERSION!!!)

that Acguy looks a little like Donald Duck sweat.gif tongue.gif
but very nice work. I like the light/dark blue work on the right hand and leg...and the jalur gemilang on the left sides laugh.gif

guys, just want your recommendations...my friend's birthday is coming and I want to get him an MG. Last time bought him a 1/144 HG GSD (dun wanna tell which tongue.gif ) kit which really sucked. Now I'm thinking of getting him a "taste" an MG kit biggrin.gif My early ideas were:

1) Strike Gundam
2) Freedom Gundam
3) Strike...Rogue? unsure.gif

Any other recommendations are welcomed smile.gif He didn't watch any other Gundam series besides Gundam Seed and GSD.

Dammit young_soul, do you need more friends? laugh.gif

no, that's enough close friends for now tongue.gif Btw, might be sharing with some other friends a little smile.gif

Young,
we friend also right ?... my birthday also near near .. .so which MG u want to give me??? i want Freedom ... more fiece la .... hentai figure also no problem la tongue.gif ...
if it a girl give keroro lo ...
*
go ask you gf give you present tongue.gif
obviously its a guy, I wouldn't be stupid enough to give a girl an MG box. She'll bash me up with that 3900 yen box laugh.gif

Stargazer: I have a Freedom MG...what I really don't like about the kit is the tiny stand and the heavy backpack (wings). That's why I'm leaning more to Strike Gundam. But normally people would go for the better mecha in the series...which is Freedom rclxub.gif

Maybe u can give him the 1/60 Strike Freedom Gundam lightning edition, although not PG, but sure he will fall for PG soon...hehehe. Anyway, I recommend Freedom Gundam. smile.gif
*
oh that's nice...buy a 300++ bucks model instead. I'm better off getting Strike AND Freedom MG doh.gif
Strike Freedom Lightning Edition kinda sucks to me...maybe its just too big...or maybe it looks like it was designed in a coffee break from playing Need For Speed whistling.gif

great news about Seed-Stargazer...Ban Dai is coming out with 7 HG kits in total dry.gif
http://bandai-hobby.net/gunpla/seed-sg/index.html
Strike Nior, Verde Buster, 105 Dagger + Aile pack, Blue Duel + 3 mysterious kits.
I'm guessing one of them is the Stargazer whistling.gif

i just completed my MG 1/100 freedom a couple of weeks ago.

secondly paint. since i did not bother to paint my freedom, i just bought a Tamiya TS-65 Pearl Clear Spray paint............i really like da pearl effect. if not u can always get da tamiya TS-13 Clear paint.
*
bro, pics please smile.gif

sunnyboy: I see you're still sticking to your two theme color...as in one main color for the left, one main color for the right. Very obvious on the leg of the Acguy and that Zaku laugh.gif

Those pics you take are from Keita...custom build dude. BanDai will never come out with anything this nice. And it COSTS a lot laugh.gif A LOT of time and sweat is needed to do something this nice.

hmm the price is kinda ok i guess for a masterpiece like that.....but can't afford for now....ur in perak rite, will consider it if i got cash to waste laugh.gif .....so u actually take parts frm the 1/100 IJ n MG freedom n then fuse them?
*
you have got to be kiddin me..."price ok"?? That "rough" figure is already above 800 bucks blink.gif

I kinda notice this:
4543112-31412-3 MG ボール ver.Ka 2100 10日
Ver Ka for 2100 yen only? That's the price of a 1/100 NG. Anyone read Japanese? Know what model it is? whistling.gif
