If you have not rooted then you can lodge a complain at samsung against the dealer.

Did you flash anything before? Well there should be some invisible counter where samsung can chexk even if you use triangle away.

For me i would demand to meet up with the manager. It could be a mistake from their end or the shop you bought from. Ask for a letter or email stating that. If they dont want, just say you will take down their name and complain. You will get a definitereply from there.

Glad to see you as well. First of all, get the sc to give you a report. Or least something as proof. Then bring it to the shop you bought your sme set. Ask for refund or make a complain. See what they do. If they dont do anything, lodge a report at nccc the consumer website. Website here :

http://www.nccc.org.my/

Once the report lodged, samsung or the shop will be given 7 days to reply officially.

If not you can call samsung once you have the report from the sc.

This could be sorted out soon and usually take a bit of hassle. But again, it is your right...

Erm. What i can tell you is...there aint a phone that is not stable. Every phone has it flaws. However if you want to be safe, get nokia smile.gif

Samsung is good and it is indeed better than Apple in my experience.

Guys ask you something. Using ARHD v4.

Turned on auto brightness and when you pull the level of brightness, what happened?

When i do that, the brightness didnt change at all. Is that normal?

Tethering will heat up phone la bro. Depends on how hot is hot.

Downloading file using data also will head up phone.

I believe until 40-50 degrees is normal for seriously heavy usage or tethering etc.

Nope. Never had an issue. Okay since other phone days. If I am not mistaken, high end battery (or new versions) one has like once full, charging reduce or stopped. Nonetheless, phone is meant to use so...don't worry much about it laugh.gif

Warranty suppose to be registered by the shop who sold you. Would take up to a week for you to receive the msg.

They should do it for you...but aometime it will take forever. Just be patience. Within 2 weeks you dont the get the sms, check with them again.
