so all you need to do is move the app folder to the external sd card, and the phone will auto detect the location and play the app like usual?

Android is linux based, but somewhat locked down by both Google and the phone manufacturer. So typically in linux this should be easily do-able by some command line for a symlink but in Android it's a bit more complicated, so need some kernel mod.

Rom = we can say its like the os of the phone.

 Literally it stands for Read Only Memory, in this case referring to the phone's internal memory where your firmware/apps are stored. When people say they're flashing a new ROM, it means they are flashing a new version of the firmware onto their phone - the two terms are interchangeable.A custom ROM (firmware released for the phone by anyone except for Huawei) might have performance tweaks, new features such as overclocking and so on.

Build = rom version

The baseband is the subsystem of the phone that controls radio communications. It's a chipset on the phone that directly controls cellular hardware and communications with cell towers.
